1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the sss7 platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all rules and regulations governing specific games and promotions offered on our platform. These terms apply to all aspects of your relationship with sss7, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are limited to one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sss7 username, password, and any other account credentials. You must ensure that all information associated with your sss7 account remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. You agree to promptly update your account details if your personal information, contact details, or payment methods change. Providing false, inaccurate, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your sss7 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or allow third-party access to your account will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Procedures

sss7 supports multiple payment methods tailored to Filipino players including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and cryptocurrency deposits. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00) unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and credited to your sss7 account balance upon successful payment verification.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your sss7 account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. sss7 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be confiscated, and your account may be suspended or closed.

4.3 Deposit Fees

sss7 does not charge fees for deposits made through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, bank) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Deposit Limits

sss7 implements responsible gaming deposit limits that you may configure within your account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately and may require a cooling-off period. You may decrease deposit limits at any time, and such changes take effect immediately.

4.5 Declined Deposits

sss7 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, money laundering, payment method issues, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your sss7 account, you must have completed all mandatory identity verification procedures, satisfied all wagering requirements associated with any bonuses or promotions, and complied with all applicable terms and conditions. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed upon with sss7 customer support.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

sss7 endeavors to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to completion of security and verification checks. 5.3 Withdrawal Limits

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

sss7 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Expedited or priority withdrawal services, if offered, may be subject to additional fees at sss7's discretion.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, sss7 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees and additional verification procedures. sss7 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by sss7 are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in each promotion's rules. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100% while table games may contribute lower percentages or be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied. sss7 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus terms are violated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

sss7 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other attempt to gain unfair advantage. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and winnings voided, accounts closed, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6.5 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account dashboard. Cancelling a bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus play. Once cancelled, bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

7.1 Game Rules

You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, sss7's game logs and records shall be considered final and binding.

Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by sss7 or players. In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, game disconnections, or other technical issues affecting gameplay, sss7 will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. 7.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are conducted in real-time with professional dealers. The dealer's decision in live games is final. Camera feeds, game audio, and dealer interactions are recorded for dispute resolution purposes. Inappropriate behavior toward dealers or other players will result in immediate removal from the game and potential account sanctions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sss7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Collusion and Cheating: Collaborating with other players to gain unfair advantage, sharing account information, or using any form of cheating software or devices.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your sss7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of all verification procedures and satisfaction of any outstanding obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9.2 Suspension by sss7

sss7 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to your account at any time for investigation of suspected terms violations, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or regulatory compliance requirements. During suspension periods, you will not be able to access account funds or place wagers.

9.3 Termination by sss7

sss7 may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, fail to complete verification procedures, or for any other reason at sss7's sole discretion. Upon termination, sss7 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances and void any pending withdrawals. Termination decisions are final and binding.

9.4 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of sss7 services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

10.3 Third-Party Services

sss7 may utilize third-party service providers for payment processing, game provision, customer support, and other operational functions. sss7 is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers. Your use of third-party services integrated with sss7 may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those providers.

10.4 Force Majeure

sss7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms & Conditions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service disruptions.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials displayed on the sss7 platform are the intellectual property of sss7 or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The sss7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of sss7.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the sss7 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sss7 platform without express written permission from sss7.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of sss7 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.2 Complaint Procedures

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of sss7 services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your concern. sss7 will endeavor to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within seven (7) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team.

12.3 Regulatory Authority

sss7 operates under the licensing and regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you are dissatisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you may contact PAGCOR directly to file a formal complaint in accordance with their procedures.

12.4 Arbitration

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaint procedures may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.5 Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to bring any claims against sss7 on an individual basis only and not as part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and sss7 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by sss7 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. 13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without the prior written consent of sss7. sss7 may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions at any time without your consent.

13.5 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event these Terms & Conditions are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or discrepancy.
